4th Trimester Package
For that special first 3 months of life with a new baby, and for trying out our practice to see if it’s a good fit, the 4th Trimester Package is ideal! Spoiler Alert: We Come To You!
This package includes:
- Four In-Home Well Visits (2-5 days, 2 weeks, 1 month & 2 months old).
- Complete Well Care, medical & holistic advice, lactation support, all questions answered.
- Direct Access to your doctor via phone, email and text.
- Option to Add On Office Visits if needed.
Integrative Consult Package
For children with specific physical, mental or complex health issues such as ADHD and Autism, or for a in-depth look at how to help your child achieve Optimal Health, this package can be the answer.
The integrative consult packages are a great option for children with specific or complex health issues that need to be addressed with more time and more options.
We take the time to gather a thorough history, order labs & imaging and refer to specialists as needed to create a customized holistic/integrative care plan for your child.

- An initial 60-90 Minute In-Person Visit

- Limited Text/Email/Phone & Video Access for One Month
Stay Well Package
- An initial 60-90 minute In-Person visit
